What types of water sports equipment do you specialise in?
We focus primarily on foil sports equipment including:

Our range caters from complete beginners to advanced riders, with particular emphasis on foil winging equipment.
How do I know which equipment is right for my skill level?
We clearly mark products as Beginner, All Round or Advanced[email protected].
Do you sell complete packages or individual components?
We offer both! You can purchase complete foil wing setups (board, wing, foil and accessories together) or individual components to customise your setup. Our “Complete” category contains ready-to-ride packages perfect for beginners or those wanting a matched system.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia. Our base in London allows us to efficiently serve all of Europe while still reaching customers in the Americas, Africa and Oceania. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
  1. Express Delivery (£12.95) – via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
  2. Free Standard Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 days after dispatch)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch. Delivery times are from dispatch date, not order date.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
For international orders outside the UK, some countries may charge import duties or taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering. We can provide product details (materials, values etc.) to assist with clearance if needed – just email us at [email protected].
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! For Express Delivery, you’ll receive DHL/FedEx tracking details when your order dispatches. For Standard Shipping, EMS tracking is provided. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your gear leaves our London warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return:
  1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll provide return instructions
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t process refunds until we receive the returned items.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Simply follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get the correct product as quickly as possible. If you need help choosing an alternative, our team is happy to advise.

Is it safe to enter my payment details on your site?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. We never store your full payment details on our servers. For added security, you can choose to checkout via PayPal if you prefer not to enter card details directly on our site.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you:

How do I assemble my foil wing setup?
All complete foil systems come with detailed assembly instructions. Many products also have setup videos available on our website or the manufacturer’s YouTube channel. If you’re having trouble, email us at [email protected] with photos of your setup and we’ll guide you through it.
What maintenance does foil equipment require?
Basic maintenance includes:
  • Rinsing with fresh water after each use
  • Checking screws and connections regularly
  • Storing in a cool, dry place
  • Periodically inspecting for wear on wings, straps and leashes
Our Foil Parts section has replacement components when needed.
Can I demo equipment before buying?
We currently don’t offer demo programs due to logistical challenges with international shipping. However, we provide detailed specifications, videos and honest descriptions to help you choose the right gear. Our 15-day return policy gives you peace of mind if something isn’t quite right.
